Lake Pichola is arranged in the city of lakes that is otherwise called Udaipur. It is situated in the Indian province of Rajasthan, made in the year 1362 AD, by Banjara, a vagabond "Banjara" tribesman who shipped grain, during the rule of Maharana Lakha. Afterward, Maharana Udai Singh, dazzled by the enchant of this lake with the background of green slopes, established the city of Udaipur on the banks of the lake and furthermore augmented the Lake by building a stone brickwork dam in the Badipol area on the shore of the Lake.
